The BBC have been accused of being biased against Christianity – again. In a recent episode of Spooks, they featured a Christian Fundie terrorist killing Muslims. Is this the same series that also featured Israelis doing terror jobs in the UK?
Don’t stop there – they take the mick out of New Labour; even had the ‘establishment’ conspiring to subvert democracy. The moral of the story is plain – the brilliant Spooks has a go at everyone, so in isolation the complaint is rubbish. But?
Spooks is marvelous, and alongside the revamped Dr Who, is an example of storytelling at its best. Recent brilliance also comes from Robin Hood. But as for BBC anti-Christian bias, 4 episodes in and not a sign of Friar Tuck.
