Go girl! Hillary Clinton wins in Texas and Ohio! The race is still on, the two Democratic riders neck and neck. It isn’t that I particularly want Hillary as President. Her wins merely shows that I was right at the beginning of this politico circus.
For the first time in many years, there is the possibility of real politics in the US. If they learn to do it properly again, they may show the rest of the west how to do it. Indeed, the race will get more interesting still.
McCain now seems the clear favourite for the Republicans – again, as I predicted. A more ‘cuddly’ contender is the only way to dampen the feeling of ‘nastiness’ – a thing they learnt from the UK Tories.
So full steam ahead! At last, somewhere, sometime, an interesting election!

Never a dull moment, eh?

It's certainly giving the TV talking heads and political pundits plenty to natter about. Everything will seem very dull when it's over.

I was glad Senator Clinton had a good showing last night. You can't keep a good woman down (or not for long) ;-)

Hi Twilight,
It is, indeed, an interesting time, politically, in the US. Things may be changing. Although I suspect Big Biz will still be the winner :-)
They'll just have to change how they do things - a little.

What I can't figure out is why anyone would want the job. Undoing all the damage done during the last seven years is an impossible challenge.

Hi Mad Kane,
Understanding today's politicans? Hhhmmm ...
Delusions of grandeur
Fantasy-prone personality

How am I doing?
